Section 80ZL — Sentencing Act 2002: Procedure

80ZL Procedure (1) A copy of an order under section 80ZK must be given to the offender and the probation officer who filed the progress report. (2) The order must be accompanied by a notice setting out the time and place of the attendance. Section 80ZL: inserted, on 1 October 2007, by section 44 of the Sentencing Amendment Act 2007 (2007 No 27).
