“ 198 Liable person doing community work to be discharged on payment “ (1) If a liable person is doing community work under an order made under section 196(1), the person may pay, or cause to be paid, the amount due under this Act. “ (2) If the liable person pays, or causes to be paid, the amount due, a probation officer, on being notified by the Commissioner of the payment of that sum, must notify the person that he or she is no longer required to report to a community work centre, unless there is some other reason for the person being required to report. ”
