Section 105 — Social Security Act 2018: Failure to comply with obligation under this Part

105 Failure to comply with obligation under this Part (1) A person who is subject to an obligation under this Part and who fails to comply with that obligation without good and sufficient reason is liable to a sanction under Part 5 . (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to MSD. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 170(5)
