Section 116 — Social Security Act 2018: Persons subject to work ability assessment

116 Persons subject to work ability assessment The following persons must comply with a requirement under section 118 by MSD that they undergo a work ability assessment: (a) a person who receives any of the following benefits: jobseeker support, sole parent support, a supported living payment (except as provided in section 117 ), or an emergency benefit; or (b) the spouse or partner of a person listed in paragraph (a).
