Section 142 — Social Security Act 2018: Person not subject to work-test obligations

142 Person not subject to work-test obligations A person ( P ) who is otherwise subject to a work-test obligation is not subject to that obligation if— (a) the obligation has been deferred under regulations made under section 431 ; or (b) P has been exempted from the obligation under section 158 ; or (c) MSD is satisfied that P is undertaking employment of the kind required to satisfy the work test for P.
