Section 145 — Social Security Act 2018: Meaning of suitable employment

145 Meaning of suitable employment In section 144 , suitable employment , in relation to a person ( P ), means employment that MSD is satisfied is suitable for P to undertake for a specific number of hours per week that MSD determines, having regard to the employment required to satisfy the work test for P.
