178 MSD may give notice requiring beneficiary to provide information as to rate of overseas pension (1) This section applies if a person ( P ) receives a benefit under the NZ benefits legislation. (2) MSD may give P a written notice requiring P to provide MSD with information establishing to MSD’s satisfaction the rate of any overseas pension that is received by any of the following persons: (a) P: (b) P’s spouse or partner: (c) P’s dependant.
