186 Benefit may be subject to repayment of insurance payment MSD may, in accordance with regulations made under section 433 , make the grant of a benefit or the rate of the benefit subject to repayment to MSD of all or part of an insurance payment of a kind or description, or that falls within a class or definition, prescribed by those regulations.
