215 MSD must give beneficiary notice of immediate suspension (1) This section applies if under section 213 MSD suspends immediately a benefit payable to a person ( P ). (2) As soon as reasonably practicable, MSD must give P a written notice that— (a) states that the benefit has been suspended; and (b) states the reason for the suspension; and (c) specifies the steps that P may take to dispute that P is the subject of the warrant or to resolve the warrant.
