Section 23 — Social Security Act 2018: Jobseeker support: age requirement

23 Jobseeker support: age requirement An applicant for jobseeker support meets the age requirement if the applicant is— (a) at least 18 years old, in the case of an applicant without a dependent child: (b) at least 20 years old, in any other case. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 88B(2)
