251 Good and sufficient reason for failure to supervise dependent child A good and sufficient reason for failure to comply with an obligation under section 146(1)(d) includes supervision of a dependent child during hours when it would be unreasonable to expect a dependent child of the person in question to be without that person’s supervision.
