300 Information gathering, disclosure, and matching (1) Provisions on information gathering, disclosure, and matching are set out in Schedule 6 . (2) Rights of complaint are given by the following clauses of Schedule 6 : (a) clause 12 (code of conduct for information or documents requirements): (b) clause 21 (disclosure for young person’s functions or service provider’s contract).
