Section 305 — Social Security Act 2018: Information for review

305 Information for review (1) MSD may for the review require the beneficiary or the beneficiary’s spouse or partner to provide information, or answer questions,— (a) in a way MSD specifies; and (b) by a reasonable deadline MSD specifies. (2) If the beneficiary or spouse or partner fails to comply with a requirement under subsection (1), MSD may suspend, cancel, or vary the rate of benefit from a date MSD determines. (3) This section does not limit sections 42 , 113 , 290 , 300 , and clause 2 of Schedule 6. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 81(1)
