308 Another benefit more appropriate (1) This section applies if MSD is satisfied because of the review that the beneficiary is more appropriately entitled to receive another benefit. (2) MSD may cancel the benefit, and grant the beneficiary the other benefit commencing from the date of cancellation. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 81(3)
