Section 321 — Social Security Act 2018: Effect of no longer being subject to dependent children obligations

321 Effect of no longer being subject to dependent children obligations (1) This section applies to a sanction imposed on a person— (a) under section 236 , 237 , or 238 (as applied by section 136 ); and (b) in respect of an obligation that the person had under any of sections 131 to 135 . (2) The sanction ceases to apply to the person on the person ceasing to have that obligation. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 123(3A)
