Section 322 — Social Security Act 2018: Effect of no longer being subject to work-preparation obligations

322 Effect of no longer being subject to work-preparation obligations (1) This section applies to a sanction imposed on a person— (a) under section 236 , 237 , or 238 (as applied by section 126 ); and (b) in respect of— (i) a general obligation of the person under section 124 ; or (ii) an obligation of the person under section 123 or 125 to comply with a requirement under section 125 . (2) The sanction ceases to apply to the person on the person ceasing to have that obligation. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 123(3B)
