Section 336 — Social Security Act 2018: Requirements for regrant

336 Requirements for regrant (1) The specified benefit may be regranted if that beneficiary reapplies for it in accordance with requirements for regrant of it. (2) The requirements for regrant of the specified benefit may be in this Act or in regulations made under section 441(1) . Compare: 1964 No 136 s 80BF(1)
