342 Money management for certain payments to young people: exception if young person meets prescribed criteria for managing own payments (1) This section applies to a young person only if MSD considers the young person has met the criteria— (a) for managing the young person’s own payments; and (b) stated for the purposes of this section in regulations made under section 418(1)(k) . (2) All or a part of the payments referred to in section 341(3)(a) to (d) may be paid to or on account of the young person personally (in line with section 339(1) ) until a sanction is imposed on the young person under section 270 , 271 , 280 , or 281 .
