343 Review and appeal of specified determinations made by MSD under regulations A determination by MSD under regulations made under section 418(1)(k) for the purposes of section 342(1)(b) — (a) may be reviewed under subpart 3 of this Part; but (b) cannot be reviewed, or appealed against, under Part 7.
