366 Preferred suppliers: contracts MSD may from time to time, on behalf of the Crown, enter into a contract with any person, body, or organisation (a preferred supplier ) for the supply of goods or services, or classes, descriptions, or kinds of goods or services, specified in a determination under section 367 ,— (a) by the preferred supplier; and (b) for purchase by beneficiaries, other persons identified by MSD, or both.
