367 Preferred suppliers: determinations (1) The Minister may from time to time, by written direction, determine the goods or services, or classes, descriptions, or kinds of goods or services, contracts for the supply of which may be entered into under section 366 . (2) A determination under this section must be in respect of goods or services, or classes, descriptions, or kinds of goods or services, for all or any of the following (and for no other) purposes: (a) to meet additional expenses arising from a disability by way of a disability allowance, under section 85 : (b) to meet particular needs of a person via special assistance under a programme under section 100 or 101 : (c) to satisfy the immediate needs of a beneficiary via an advance payment of a benefit under section 347 .
