Section 376 — Social Security Act 2018: Administration service providers: MSD to ensure information published

376 Administration service providers: MSD to ensure information published MSD must, not later than 1 October in every year, ensure there is published the following information: (a) a general description of— (i) the services provided by contracted service providers during the year ending on 30 June in that year; and (ii) the contracted service providers; and (b) details of the providers concerned.
