Section 398 — Social Security Act 2018: Decision under reciprocity agreements

398 Decision under reciprocity agreements An applicant or beneficiary or other person may appeal to the appeal authority against a decision that was made in relation to that person by MSD under the power conferred by section 384 (MSD may use mutual assistance provisions to recover debts).
