Section 404 — Social Security Act 2018: Notice, and carrying into effect, of decision

404 Notice, and carrying into effect, of decision (1) On the determination of an appeal, the authority’s Secretary must send to the chief executive and to the appellant a memorandum of— (a) the authority’s determination; and (b) the authority’s reasons for the authority’s determination. (2) The chief executive must promptly take all necessary steps to carry into effect the authority’s determination. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 12P
