408 Orders, etc, on successful appeal (1) This section applies if the High Court allows the appeal. (2) The High Court may exercise any power that the authority could have exercised under section 403 if it had allowed the appeal. (3) This section does not affect rules of court relating to the court’s powers to deal with (for example, confirm, vary, revoke, or refer back for reconsideration) the decision appealed.
