Section 415 — Social Security Act 2018: Notice of, and carrying into effect, board’s decision

415 Notice of, and carrying into effect, board’s decision (1) On the determination of an appeal under section 411 , the Board must send to the chief executive and to the appellant a memorandum of— (a) the board’s decision; and (b) the board’s reasons for the board’s decision. (2) The chief executive is bound by the board’s decision. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 10B(3)
