Section 421 — Social Security Act 2018: Regulations: residential requirement

421 Regulations: residential requirement The Governor-General may, by Order in Council, make regulations for the purposes of section 16 that specify circumstances in which a person— (a) is taken to meet the residential requirement; or (b) must be treated, for the purposes of satisfying the residential requirement, as being resident and present in New Zealand; or (c) must not be required to comply with the residential requirement.
