Section 50 — Social Security Act 2018: When person is study ready

50 When person is study ready In this subpart, a person is study ready if the person— (a) is undertaking or is available for full-time education or training leading to— (i) NCEA level 2; or (ii) an equivalent (in MSD’s opinion) or higher qualification; or (b) would be available for full-time education or training were it not for circumstances that would qualify the person for an exemption under the regulations referred to in section 157 from the obligation to undertake education or training.
