Section 51 — Social Security Act 2018: Youth payment: no or minimum income

51 Youth payment: no or minimum income (1) In this subpart, a person ( P ) has no or minimum income if P has— (a) no income; or (b) income of less than the amount that would reduce the applicable rate of youth payment to zero. (2) If, during a temporary period, P has enough income to reduce the applicable rate of youth payment to zero, but P otherwise meets the requirements for a youth payment, P’s entitlement to a youth payment is not affected by that income.
