Section 77 — Social Security Act 2018: Childcare assistance: eligibility

77 Childcare assistance: eligibility The principal caregiver of a dependent child is eligible for childcare assistance at the prescribed rate if that caregiver meets the criteria and other requirements set out in regulations made under section 424 . Compare: 1964 No 136 s 61GA(2)
