Section 82 — Social Security Act 2018: Child disability allowance: payment

82 Child disability allowance: payment MSD may pay a child disability allowance granted under section 78(1) to the principal caregiver for the child or, if there is no such person, to the person for the time being having the care and control of the child. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 39E
