83 Child disability allowance: not payable with other assistance or pension A child disability allowance is not payable in addition to— (a) any benefit granted to the child under this Act (except an orphan’s benefit, an unsupported child’s benefit, or a disability allowance): (b) any pension or allowance granted to the child under the Veterans’ Support Act 2014 (except a children’s pension): (c) weekly compensation payable to the child under the Accident Compensation Act 2001 .
