11 Supported living payment: regulations prescribing minimum expected period of restricting sickness, injury, or disability (1) This clause applies to the Social Security (Supported Living Payments Benefit) Regulations 1998 made under section 132 of the Social Security Act 1964 for the purposes of section 40B(2)(a) of that Act. (2) Those regulations are saved as if made under section 418(1)(b) for the purposes of section 35(2)(a) . (3) A sickness referred to in the regulations (as saved by this clause) is for the purposes of section 35(2)(a) treated as a health condition.
