13 Accommodation supplement: cash assets exemptions regulations (1) This clause applies to the Social Security (Income and Cash Assets Exemptions) Regulations 2011 made under sections 132 and 132AA of the Social Security Act 1964, but only so far as they declare any specified item or amount of cash assets, or cash assets of a specified kind, not to be cash assets for that Act’s purposes. (2) Those regulations are saved as if made under section 423(1)(b) for the purposes of subpart 10 of Part 2 and Part 7 of Schedule 4.
