20 Programmes of special assistance for visitors to New Zealand (1) Overseas epidemic management notices given under section 61CE of the Social Security Act 1964 are saved as if they were given under section 99 . (2) Programmes of special assistance (to visitors to New Zealand affected by overseas epidemics) established under section 61CF of the Social Security Act 1964 are saved as if they were programmes established under section 100 .
