22 Attendance of dependent child at recognised early childhood education programme regulations (1) This clause applies to the Social Security (Social Obligations—Attendance at Recognised Early Childhood Education Programme) Regulations 2013 made under sections 60RA(3) , 60RAB , and 132 of the Social Security Act 1964 for the purposes of section 60RA(3)(a)(ii) and (b)(i) of that Act. (2) Those regulations are saved as if they were made under sections 137(2) and 430(1)(b) for the purposes of sections 131(1)(b) and 132(1)(a)(ii) .
