Section Sch1-29 — Social Security Act 2018: Pre-benefit activities

29 Pre-benefit activities (1) Requirements and determinations made under section 11E(2) of the Social Security Act 1964 are saved as if they were made under section 184 . (2) Regulations made under section 132J of the Social Security Act 1964 are saved as if they were made under section 432 .
