34 Regulations about effect of absence from New Zealand (1) This clause applies to the Social Security (Effect of Absence of Beneficiary from New Zealand) Regulations 2013 made under section 132 of the Social Security Act 1964 for the purposes of section 77 of that Act. (2) Those regulations are saved as if they were made under section 436 for the purposes of section 219 .
