35 Drug-testing obligations: good and sufficient reason regulations (1) This clause applies to the Social Security (Work Test Obligations—Drug Testing Obligations) Regulations 2013 made under section 132 (read in the light of section 116C(2)(e) ) of the Social Security Act 1964, so far as they prescribe a ground on which a beneficiary may for the purposes of section 116B of that Act have a good and sufficient reason for specified failures. (2) Those regulations are saved as if they were made under section 418(1)(j) for the purposes of section 250(1)(e) .
