40 Expiry and regrant of specified benefits regulations and exemptions (1) The Social Security (Expiry and Re-grant of Specified Benefits) Regulations 2013 made under section 132M of the Social Security Act 1964 are saved as if they were regulations made under section 441 for the purposes of sections 331 , 334 , and 336 . (2) An exemption under section 80BE(8) of the Social Security Act 1964 is saved as if it were an exemption under section 334(1) and (2) .
