44 Deductions: deduction notices (1) Deduction notices issued under section 86A of the Social Security Act 1964 are saved as if they were issued under regulations made under section 444 . (2) Applications made to the District Court under section 86H of the Social Security Act 1964, if not withdrawn or finally determined before the changeover, continue with all necessary modifications as if they were applications made under regulations made under section 444 .
