49 Family Proceedings Act 1980 maintenance payable to the Crown Section 61CA of the Social Security Act 1964, as in force at the changeover, continues in force (as if it had not been repealed) for the purposes of the recovery by the beneficiary, or the chief executive, on behalf of the Crown, and the payment to the Crown, of any maintenance debt (as defined in section 61CA (1) of that Act).
