54 Rates of benefits and allowances order or accommodation supplement areas order (1) This clause applies to an order made on or after the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent and made before or on 25 November 2018 that is all or any of the following: (a) an order— (i) made under section 61H(1) (apart from, or with, clause 3(6) of Schedule 32) of the Social Security Act 1964; and (ii) making amendments to that Act with effect before 26 November 2018: (b) an order— (i) made under section 61HA(2) (apart from, or with, clause 3(6) of Schedule 32) of the Social Security Act 1964; and (ii) making amendments to that Act with effect on 1 April 2018: (c) an order— (i) made under section 61I(1) of the Social Security Act 1964; and (ii) making amendments to that Act, or defining in regulations Area 1, Area 2, Area 3, and Area 4 for the purposes of Part 1K and Schedule 18 of that Act, with effect before 26 November 2018. (2) The order is a confirmable instrument, and an annual confirmable instrument, under section 47B of the Legislation Act 2012, and section 454(2) of this Act applies to it, as if it were made under all or any of the following sections: (a) section 423(1)(c) of this Act: (b) section 452(1) (apart from, or with, clause 55(6) of Schedule 1) of this Act.
