2 Ranking of provisions in and outside this schedule (1) Clause 3 is overridden by clauses 4 to 10 . (2) Clauses 4 to 10 are overridden by any contrary provisions in this Act (for example, by regulations made under section 424(2)(d) , and by clause 16(3) ).
