Section Sch7-1 — Social Security Act 2018: Establishment

1 Establishment The Minister must establish at least 1 benefits review committee for every MSD office where decisions or recommendations in relation to the matters to which this Act applies are made or were made. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 10A(2)
