Section Sch8-1 — Social Security Act 2018: Social Security Appeal Authority

1 Social Security Appeal Authority (1) This clause establishes the Social Security Appeal Authority. (2) The authority consists of 3 persons appointed by the Governor-General on the recommendation of the Minister given after consultation with the Minister of Justice. (3) One of the members must be appointed as the authority’s chairperson. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 12A
