Section Sch8-10 — Social Security Act 2018: Sittings: in private or public

10 Sittings: in private or public (1) Every sitting of the authority is to be held in private. (2) Subclause (1) does not apply to the extent that the authority under this clause orders that all or a part of the sitting is to be held in public. (3) The authority may in any case order that all or a part of a sitting is to be held in public, if the authority considers that doing so will not adversely affect— (a) the interests of the parties to the appeal; and (b) the interests of all other persons concerned.
