12 Authority has powers under Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908 (1) The Authority is, within the scope of its jurisdiction, deemed to be a commission of inquiry under the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908 . (2) The provisions of that Act, except sections 2 , 10 , 11 , and 12 , apply accordingly, subject to the provisions of this Act. Compare: 1964 No 136 s 12M(6)
