6 Remuneration and travelling and other expenses (1) The authority is, for the purposes of the fees framework, a statutory body in which the Crown has an interest. (2) Members— (a) may be paid remuneration at a rate and of a kind determined in accordance with the fees framework; and (b) are entitled to be reimbursed for actual and reasonable travelling and other expenses in accordance with the framework.
