7 Secretary to, and secretarial and administrative services for, authority The chief executive of the Ministry of Justice must— (a) designate an officer of the Ministry of Justice to be secretary to the authority; and (b) provide the secretarial and administrative services necessary to enable the authority to discharge its functions.
